With over a decade of experience in youth marketing, Jackie has a deep understanding of the youth market and effectively engaging young people in the careers landscape. Working with a number of national and global employers, Jackie uses her wide range of skills and expertise when it comes to youth marketing to support organisations with their strategic approach to emerging talent.

Toby’s a founding member of SMRS and one of our two Managing Partners. Despite having more experience than he’d probably care to mention, he still gets excited about helping clients overcome their challenges.

Marie loves nothing more than getting under the skin of a client to find out what makes them tick. She tells their stories. She breathes life into their brands. And she takes an almost-concerning amount of pride in her work.

Richard Badley

Head of Innovation

The man with a whole load of digital plans, data and diagrams. Richard combines these things with a broad sector knowledge to come up with new ideas on a daily basis.

Head of Education

Cricketing titan and education know-it-all, Dan is one of the most connected people in this sector. He’s worked with universities all around the world, and provides his considerable expertise to all our education clients.

Sarah’s SMRS through and through, having joined us way back in 1999. She plays a huge role in developing our business and our culture. And she still (somehow) finds the time to work closely with many of our clients.

Whether she’s crafting a campaign plan or buying the perfect media, Claire makes good things happen for clients. Her favourite thing about SMRS? The colleagues, clients and media partners she works with every day.

Matt’s all about the ‘why?’ He loves hearing people’s stories and finding the common threads that make employers and educators who they are. He also loves his chocolate Labrador, and the sheer amount of fruit he gets here.
