That’s why your role as a Data Analyst will focus on turning impenetrable information into real meaning and value for our clients, so that we can help them take bold steps to change, rooted in robust insight.

As a Data Analyst, that’ll involve extracting, preparing and analysing data – before interpreting that analysis and sharing your findings in a way that’s easily understood. Identifying patterns and trends in data sets will need to come naturally to you too, as we’ll use these to inform all sorts of work – from organisational culture projects to strategic marketing campaigns to building audience personas.

A graduate in data science, statistics, economics or similar, or with equivalent experience, you’ll have the mathematical and analytical skills to confidently create data visualisation and generate raw data. Methodical, logical and highly curious, your attention to detail will also be second to none. We work collaboratively here, so being a team player is a must too. And on the technical side of things, you’ll need good knowledge of MS Office, statistical analysis methodologies, data visualisation tools (such as Tableau or PowerBi), statistical software, applying machine learning algorithms (like Linear or Logistic Regression), and programming languages like Python, R and SQL.
