|Job title||Lead Client Partner – Talent Attraction|
|Location||Manchester or London|
|Salary||£Competitive plus Benefits|
Attracting talent in a post lockdown and Brexit world is a huge challenge. Reaching passive candidates in scarce-skill areas, getting the best quality in volume roles, and tackling location and diversity challenges are all harder than ever. And they’re what we're involved in everyday, here at SMRS.
We're a leading employer marketing, brand and culture business. Driven by data and focused on making a measurable difference, we help complex, high-profile employers to tackle the attraction and communication challenges that matter.
We’ve evolved innovative strategies to help organisations find the hard-to-find, and a unique strategic planning framework to deliver where others can’t. Combine these with the award-winning culture and employer brands that we create, and you get groundbreaking work that really works.
We want to continue to grow, to change more organisations for the better. This is why we’re looking to for an established expert who we can nurture to be a key figure in both our business and the talent attraction industry.
First and foremost, we’re looking for a leader. Someone with the energy, drive and enthusiasm to lead a team in evolving and reinventing how organisations attract talent. As such, knowledge of strategic resourcing, attraction marketing and how this aligns to employer branding (ideally gained in a client, employer marketing agency/media role) is a must.
A hands-on approach to working with clients and colleagues is also important. You’ll be leading on client strategy and guiding your team to create and deliver solutions across everything from targeted attraction campaigns and channel planning to data visualisation and social media. You’ll get out there too – sharing ideas across industry networks and events, and leading new business meetings, presentations and pitches.
This is quite a challenge, but you won’t be facing it alone. You’ll be supported by the most effective research and measurement tools in our industry, and a committed team who’ll share your determination to produce work that makes an impact.
Also, this key role has real development potential as our organisation will be growing to c100 people over the next year. We have a people-centred culture, flexible working arrangements, internal coaching and some of the best talent in the industry. In other words, we have everything you need to do your very best work and achieve your potential.
Our office locations are Manchester and London. For this role, you'll need to be able to join us in Manchester for collaborative working and team days on a regular basis, and occasional visits to London and our various client sites. Please let us know your preferred working arrangements when you apply.
