And their efficiency and quality service, makes for happy colleagues and happy clients. As our Operations Co-ordinator, you’ll support this vital team.
Professional and organised, you will be part of our performance function, onboarding our clients and guiding colleagues during this process. You’ll get up to speed with our systems and tools, like Concept and help with the admin of new clients. Supporting with new business tenders, collecting, collating data and keeping all our information up to date, you’ll also make sure that company processes and policies are always adhered to.
Able to manage your time and prioritise your work, you’ll have a keen focus on quality and accuracy, be commercially aware and an excellent communicator. Calm under pressure and with plenty of initiative, you’ll need a basic understanding of financial regulations and data protection and have experience of negotiating with external suppliers or contractors. Highly computer-literate, you’ll have knowledge of all Microsoft packages too. You will be highly professional in your approach and be able to multitask across several different projects.
